Rules & Regulations – VIP Nascar Experience Promotion

SPONSORSHIP.  The Win a VIP Nascar Experience promotion (Promotion) is sponsored by Road Ranger, LLC and Lucky Street Gaming, LLC.  Road Ranger LLC and Lucky Steet Gaming, LLC are the Sponsors of the Giveaway.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN.  A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  Entry will be accepted, as detailed below, for individual giveaway opportunities beginning at 12:00 AM (CST) ON May 1, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CST) (the “Promotional Period”) The Promotional Period is subject to end at any time as the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

ELIGIBILTY: THE PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WE ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, WITH VALID DRIVER’S LICNESE OR A VALID GOVERNMENT- ISSUED PHOTO ID AT TIME OF ENTRY (“ENTRANT”). Employees of Sponsors and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributor and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Released Parties) and member of their immediate families (spouse, parents, sibling, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household with such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.  Owners, their children, immediate family members, relatives, and individuals disclosed on the Participating Establishment’s Illinois Gaming Board Application (i.e. officers, video gaming manager, etc.) are not eligible to participate.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on all matters relating to the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Awarding of the Grand Prize relieves the Sponsor of any tax obligations associated with the awarding of the Grand Prize winning, and the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit any Participating Establishment during Promotional Period and during the Participating Establishment regular posted business hours. Entry by scanning a QR code at participating locations with filling out an online entry form.  In addition, entries will be accepted on the Road Ranger Rewards app.

Your physical presence inside a Participating Establishment will be required to properly enter this promotion.  Incomplete Entries are void.  Entries must be received by the end of each individual Promotional period for a particular offered prize (“Giveaway Opportunity”). There is no purchase or fee required to enter.  A purchase will not improve the chances of winning.  Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor satisfaction, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Sponsor and Participating Establishments are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, unreadable or misdirected registration, which will be disqualified.  Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Sponsor has no obligation to advise an Entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant Entry. 

PRIZE:

1. By entering the Giveaway, Participants are eligible to win a VIP trip to 1 of 6 Nascar Races – VIP Nascar Experience Promotion.

• $500 Travel Voucher.

2. Prizes will be drawn on the following date: 

• June 29, 2026 - Brickyard 400 (Value $2618)
• July 6, 2026 - Iowa Corn 350 Powered by Ethanol (Value $2938)
• August 10, 2026 - Enjoy Illinois 300 (Value $2646)
• August 31, 2026 - South Point 400 (Value $3048)
• September 21, 2026 - Yellawood 500 (Value $3209)
• October 5, 2026 - NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race (Value $2698)

3. The drawing will take place on the following drawing dates; June 29, July 6, Aug 10, Sept 21 & Oct 5, 2026. Winner(s) will be announced on Sponsors social media. The winner(s) will be notified by phone.  Winner(s) can claim the prize up to 7 days after drawing. If the winner(s) does not claim the prize within 7 days, the prize is forfeited, and a secondary drawing shall occur at a date and time decided by the Sponsor.

4. Distribution of prizes.  Once the winner has been notified and confirmed, the disbursement of the prize will take 2 weeks for delivery.

5. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with a cash equivalent of equal or greater value. At Sponsor’s discretion, winners may be offered the option to receive the cash value in lieu of the stated prize.

Promotion Giveaway is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Sponsor at any time. Cash and Gift Card prizes are listed interchangeably and are subject to the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
