    TITLE: 711 – MAINTENANCE (Full Time)

    Position Summary:

    Working under the supervision of the General Manager, Co-Manager, and Assistant Managers, the Maintenance employee is responsible for basic store maintenance and meeting store standards through the performance of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities.

    • Cleaning and maintaining the gaming room, lounge area and other ancillary areas of the travel center.
    • Inspecting and cleaning interior and exterior lighting and reporting any outages to Store Management.
    • Performing basic maintenance repairs when needed.
    • Completing the Travel Center Maintenance Checklist.
    • Completing other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Store Management.

    Position Summary:

    Working under the supervision of the Managers at the location, the Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Road Ranger’s customers while accurately operating the point-of-sale (“POS”) registers, safe-guarding all cash and inventory at the location, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

    Working under the supervision of the District Food Supervisor and the direction of the General Manager, the Food Service Coordinator (“FSC”) is responsible for the overall operations of the Company’s Subway franchise operations at the assigned location. The FSC shall ensure that the franchise is in compliance with all Subway requirements and directives along with compliance with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements.  Other responsibilities will be direct oversight of Subway employees, scheduling, inventory ordering and inventory management, and store cleanliness.

    Working under the supervision of the Managers at the location, the Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Road Ranger’s customers while accurately operating the point-of-sale (“POS”) registers, safe-guarding all cash and inventory at the location, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

    Position Summary:

    Working under the supervision of the General Manager, Co-Manager, and Assistant Managers, the Maintenance employee is responsible for basic store maintenance and meeting store standards through the performance of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities.

    • Cleaning restrooms and showers according to the prescribed methods using the prescribed products and equipment.

    Position Summary:

    Working under the supervision of the Director of Branded and Proprietary Foods, the District Food Supervisor and the direction of the General Manager, the QSR Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the company’s Branded Foods i.e. Church’s, Chester’s, Subway, Cinnabon franchises and Proprietary Food programs operating at the location. The QSR Manager shall ensure that both the franchise and proprietary food service is in compliance with all of the Branded and Proprietary food requirements and directives along with compliance with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements.  Other responsibilities will be direct oversight of all Food Service employees, scheduling, inventory ordering and inventory management, and store cleanliness.
